Trent Sellers is a San Antonio TX based commercial real estate agent working across all areas of commercial real estate, including tenant representation, leasing, sales, and investment transactions throughout Texas.

After spending the past 12 years living and working between Austin and Houston, Trent recently relocated to San Antonio, Texas. During that time, he owned and operated multiple small businesses across food and beverage, retail, thrift, and clothing wholesale, giving him firsthand experience with how location, lease terms, and real estate strategy directly impact business success. In every venture, securing the right real estate was a critical part of the plan.

While Trent works with landlords and investors to buy, sell, and lease commercial properties, he dedicates much of his time to helping small businesses get started, expand, and compete with larger operators. He approaches every deal from an operator’s perspective, focusing on flexibility, long-term viability, and protecting the business behind the lease.

Trent is deeply familiar with the San Antonio, Austin, Houston, and Dallas markets and is always willing to travel anywhere in Texas to help the right business or property owner with the right opportunity.
